Covid-19 recovered patients with pre-diagnosed cardiac dysfunctions by cardiologist (cardiac-COVID patients), Subjects with persistent symptoms ( >12 weeks), Subjects in age range of > 20 and < 50 years, Subjects who are willing to give written consent, Both Male and female Subjects
Patients with pre-existing cardiac dysfunction (before infection), Patients with pre-existing diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, Pre-existing malignancy, On-going pregnancy, Post-cardiac surgery patients, and Subjects with psychosomatic disorder

Name Time Method 1. The level of cardiopulmonary endurance <br/ ><br>2. The level of Quality of life <br/ ><br>3. The level of immunology based inflammatory biomarkers - TIMP and MMPTimepoint: Primary Outcomes in study participants will be assessed before the start of rehabilitation, after completion of rehabilitation approaches (at 6 weeks) and at follow up at 1 month after completion of rehabilitation.
