Inclusion Criteria

1- single stone in the caulis or in the ureter 2- ?age greater than 18 years, and less than 60 years 3- ASA ?-III,
Exclusion criteria: 1-patients with one kidney, 2- having history of allergy, 3- having history of chronic consumption of analgesics or sedatives and any contraindication for prescribed of these drugs
