Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria were: stabilized heart failure, literacy, tendency of the patients to participate the study, minimum age of 20, telephone access. Exclusion criteria were: stabilized psychiatric disorders, concurrent fatal disease, and severe hearing impairment.
