Inclusion Criteria
normal singleton pregnancy of women age 18 or older between 11+0 and 13+6 weeks of gestation
Exclusion Criteria
- fetuses with morphological malformations or aneuploidies
- necessity of drug treatment of hypertension, or rheumatic diseases
- taking ASS at any time during the pregnancy
