Aim of the study will be to give Ayurvedic Treatment to diseased patient to improve his/her condition and we can give his/her cheap, safe, side effect free management. The Trial will be conducted on 62 patients for 16 days and dose of drug done one time in a day and follow up on 15th Day .

Inclusion Criteria
- 1)Patients having clinical symptoms.
- Anga-chalatva, Kshudra shwasa, Swedadhikya, Daurgandhya, Snigdhangata, chala-sphig, udar, stan of sthoulya roga included in this study. 2)Patient associated with diabetes mellitus and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. 3)Age: 20-60 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- 1)Patient associated with any other systematic disorders like cardiac disorders- Myocardial infarction, Hypothyroidism, Hypertension.
- 2)Pregnancy and Lactation.

Name Time Method 2.)To evaluate the effect of Triphaladi Kaal basti in management of sthoulyaroga (obesity) 16 Days study with one follow up on 15th day. 1.)Sthoulya roga is medadhatu dusti janya vikar due to medadhaatvaagni dusti. Sthoulya means excessive deposition of unwanted medadhatu. 16 Days study with one follow up on 15th day.
