The following inclusion criteria would be the basis for selecting subjects.
1) Age: 18 – 60 years
2) Meet criteria for moderate or above Tobacco use Disorder defined by the DSM-5
3) Smoking exposure is 5-10 pack-years.
4) Be motivated to make a quit attempt during the intervention period.
5) If patient is suffering from anxiety neurosis, Insomnia and Post traumatic stress disorder.
6) Only males
7) Who understand English Language
8) Subjects who are willing to participate in the study
The following subjects will be excluded:
1) Who do not meet Inclusion Criteria
2) People who were using illegal substance
3) Pregnancy, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Psychiatric medication
4) Currently using anti-craving medication
5) Reported current use of psychotropic medication such as anti-depressant, anti- psychotics and/or anxiolytic medications
6) Had a current diagnosis of heart disease like Coronary artery disease, Arrythmia etc., lung disease like pneumonia, Fibrosis of lung, Emphysema.
7) Reported a traumatic or acquired brain injury or a loss of consciousness for more than 30 minutes
8) Were currently practicing yoga.
9) Self-reported problematic drug(s) use other than tobacco
10) Who were not speaking English
