Inclusion Criteria
1. Female aged is 20 to 55 years;
2. 42 days to 1 year after delivery;
3. No cognitive impairment;
4. Have not received DRA treatment in other hospitals or institutions;
5. Sign the informed consent form, cooperate with the treatment, and can persist in completing all treatments as planned.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Suspected or confirmed severe spinal disease (spine fracture, metastasis, inflammation or infectious disease, cauda equina syndrome/extensive neurological disease) and nerve damage;
2. Exercise contraindications or serious infectious diseases such as fractures, severe heart disease, hypertension, cancer, etc.;
3. Any surgery plan in the near future.
