Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Be 60 years or older; Have access to the internet; Be physically independent; Being sedentary for at least 3 months; Respond to the call made through social networks; Reside in Porto Alegre or metropolitan area; Have availability to participate in the program on the days and times established; Achieve a minimum of 24 points in the mini\-mental (in the case of less than 4 years of schooling, the cut\-off point changes to 17\).
Exclusion Criteria
- •Have physical limitations that make it impossible to perform the proposed exercises; Chronic uncontrolled diseases; Disabling pain.
