•for qualitative and quantitative part of the study there are inclusion criteria as follows:
•1) Qualitative method inclusion criteria: Doctors and nurses working in triage care centers, architects,civil engineers, and interior designers working in construction firms, community-dwelling elderly and their caregivers. All participants should be able to read,understand and communicate in English.
•2) Quantitative method inclusion criteria:pucca housing settingsi.e. aprtments and bunglows.

•for qualitative and quantitative part of the study there are exclusion criteria as follows:
•1) qualitative method exclusion criteria: community dwelling elderly with major cognitive disabilities such as alzheimers disease or dementia will not be included in the stude.
•2) quantitative method exclusion criteria:houses without attached toilet ,bathroom and kutcha houses.
