Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with a critical stenosis (\>70%) of the carotid artery. ASA I, II and III.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients older than 80 years, ASA \> IV, severe liver dysfunction, body mass index \>40, allergies to local anesthetics.
