Inclusion Criteria

  • •Informed written consent by patient
  • •for participation in study
  • •2. Age : 18-50 yr
  • •3. Sex : either gender
  • •4. Surgery: patient undergoing middle ear
  • •5. ASA Grade I / II

Exclusion Criteria

  • •patient refusal
  • •history of drug allergy to any such drug
  • •patient suffering from any major surgical medical illness like uncontrolled diabetes,uncontrolled hypertension.
  • •patient suffering from pyschotic disorder
