入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients scheduled for elective surgeries under spinal anaesthesia aged between 50-70years of either gender, giving valid informed and written consent , belong to ASA grade 1 and 2
排除标准
- •Patients with any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia .
- •Patients with any history of anaphylaxis to local anaesthetics and allergy to study drugs.
- •Obese patients with BMI >30kg/m2.
- •Patients with coronary artery disease, MI, valvular heart disease, hypertension and DM.
- •Patients having history of psychiatric illness or substance abuse or chronic alcoholic.
- •Patients taking antihypertensive medications.
