Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients posted for laparoscopic cholecysectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients with previous history of PONV or motion sickness.
- •2.Menstruating, pregnant or lactating women.
- •3.Patients receiving opioids, steroids, psychoactive drugs or antiemetic drugs within 24 hours before anaesthesia.
- •4.Patients who received cancer chemotherapy within 4 weeks or emetogenic radiotherapy within 8 weeks.
- •5.Patients who were smokers, obese, had diabetes, psychiatric diseases or gastrointestinal tract disease.
- •6.Patients posted for an emergency surgery.
