1) All subjects with average growth pattern, 2) All subjects with Class I or Class II malocclusion indicated for bilateral maxillary first premolar extraction 3) All subjects with a minimum of 5mm of extraction space available before maxillary permanent canine distalization 4) All subjects undergoing treatment with Pre-adjusted Edgewise Appliance (PEA) with 0.022 MBT prescriptions and 5) All subjects who have finished with leveling and alignment (1st Phase).
1) Previous history of orthodontic or orthopaedic treatment, 2) Presence of craniofacial anomalies, 3) Presence of any signs and symptoms of gingival and periodontal diseases 4) Presence of significant medical history (including drug allergy) or medications that would adversely affect the development or structure of the teeth and jaws and any subsequent tooth movement and 5)Pregnant and lactating women.
