- •ASA I/ II posted for elective lower abdomen or lower limb surgery.
排除标准
- •1. Contraindications for spinal anaesthesia.
- •2. Presence of any cardiovascular comorbidities.
- •3. Anticipated blood loss > 100ml in first hour following subarachnoid block.
- •4. Expected duration of surgery > 3hrs
