Inclusion Criteria
ASA GRADE I OR II pregnant patients undergoing elective lower segment caesarian section under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
ASA III and above,patients with heart disease, respiratory disease,
uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, morbid obesity, uncontrolled
hypertension, contraindication to neuraxial blockade, history of allergy to study drug or unwilling to get enrolled in the study
