- •Healthy obstetric patients with no comorbidities posted for planned caesarean sections
排除标准
- •parturients with significant systemic disorders
- •Bleeding diathesis
- •Emergency class 1 caesarean section
- •Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy
- •Fetal conditions precluding spinal anaesthesia
- •Anticipated difficult spinal anaesthesia (spinal deformities, obesity, previous spine surgery etc)
