Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients receiving the submucosal dissection for the treatment of gastric adenoma or early gastric cancer under conscious sedation

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1) who have hypersensitivity to this drug
  • •2) The argument of this drug contraindications
  • •(Glaucoma, obstructive urinary diseases, gastrointestinal obstructive disorders, paralytic ileus,
  • •unstable cardiovascular status in acute hemorrhage,
  • •severe ulcerative colitis,myasthenia, megacolon of complication of ulcerative colitis)
  • •3) Acute • Chronic hepatitis, acute • chronic renal failure, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other disorders in patients with severe systemic
