Inclusion Criteria

patients giving consent, All maculopapular drug rash patients

Exclusion Criteria

Patients in sepsis, admitted in ICU for other acute illnesses ,SCAR other than DRESS including erythema multiforme, steven johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, drug induced vasculitis and acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis. Patients not giving consent.
