- •All participants:
- •\- Age between 18 and 70 years
- •subgroup 1 \- patients with ideopathic pulmonary hypertension
- •\- pulmonary artery catheterization within the last 6 months
- •\- no specific medication within initial diagnosis
- •\- no structural pulmonary disease
- •subgroup 2 \-patients with severe pulmonary hypertension with COPD
- •\- COPD GOLD III and IV, resp. group C and D without exacerbation
- •\- pulmonary artery catheterization within the last 6 months
- •\- no specific medication within initial diagnosis
排除标准
- •\- under SSRI medication
- •\- acute exacerbation of COPD
- •\- right ventricular decompensation
- •\- judicially or official ordered custody
- •\- pregnancy, breastfeeding
- •\- legal incapacity
