- •All participants:
- •- Age between 18 and 70 years
- •subgroup 1 - patients with ideopathic pulmonary hypertension
- •- pulmonary artery catheterization within the last 6 months
- •- no specific medication within initial diagnosis
- •- no structural pulmonary disease
- •subgroup 2 -patients with severe pulmonary hypertension with COPD
- •- COPD GOLD III and IV, resp. group C and D without exacerbation
- •- pulmonary artery catheterization within the last 6 months
- •- no specific medication within initial diagnosis
- •subgroup 3 - patients with comparable COPD without pulmonary hypertension
- •- COPD GOLD III and IV, resp. group C and D without exacerbation
- •- echocardiographical exclusion of pulmonary hypertension
- •subgroup 4 - healthy controls:
- •- echocardiographical exclusion of pulmonary hypertension
