- •Admitted for total abdominal hysterectomy under spinal anaesthesia with ASA 1 & 2
排除标准
- •Patient refusal.
- •Patient having bleeding disorders.
- •Patient having local infection at the site where needle for block is to be inserted.
- •Patients on calcium channel blockers
- •Patients with H/o Cardio-Respiratory disorder.
- •Patients with H/o convulsions & neurological deficits.
