1.Willing patients.
2. Patients with American Society of anaesthesiologists physical status (ASAPS) I ,I and III
3. Patients aged between 18 & 65 yrs.
4. Patients posted for forearm surgeries.
1. Abnormal coagulation profile.
2. History of allergy to local anaesthetic agents.
3. Local infection at the site of proposed puncture for supraclavicular block.
4. Pregnancy.
5. If the patient is participating in any other study.
6. Failed procedure.
7. Opioid and alcohol abuser
8. Psychiatric patients
9. Dementia patients
10.Patient taken analgesics within 12 hours before study
