Inclusion Criteria

1.Waist Circumference (>=90 Cm For Men And >=80 Cm For Women)

2.Plus Any Two Of The Following Factors:

A.)High Blood Pressure I.E., SBP>=130 Or DBP >= 85 Mm Hg And Not On Any Anti-Hypertensives.

B.)Elevated Fasting Blood Glucose >=100 Mg/Dl And Not On Any Anti Diabetic Medications.

C.)Triglycerides >=150 Mg/ Dl And Not On Specific Treatment For This Lipid Abnormality;

D.)Reduced HDL Cholesterol < 40 Mg/Dl In Males AND < 50 Mg/Dl In Females And Not On Specific Treatment For This Lipid Abnormality

If BMI Is >30kg/M², Central Obesity Can Be Assumed And Waist Circumference Does Not Need To Be Measured.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients With Heart Failure

2.Coronary Heart Disease

3.Atrial Fibrillation,Heart Blocks

4.Rheumatic Heart Disease

5.Stroke

6.Secondary Hypertension

7.Cirrhosis Of Liver

8.Ckd

9.Thyroid And Adrenal Disorders

10.Pregnancy And Lactation
