Inclusion Criteria
All live inborn neonates with gestation more than 34 weeks with risk factors for early-onset neonatal sepsis
Exclusion Criteria
Major congenital malformtions
Moderate to severe perinatal asphyxia (APGAR <6 at 5 minutes)
