Inclusion Criteria
Age between 18 and 45 years old
Being married
Reduced ovarian size and volume
Increased FSH and decreased AMH levels
Exclusion Criteria
Polygamy of the husband
Psychological disorders
Sexual dysfunction
Hormone use within the past 6 months.

Name Time Method The lifestyle. Timepoint: Before and 4 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using the Walker's Health Promotion Lifestyle Questionnaire.;The size and volume of the ovaries and follicles. Timepoint: Before and 4 weeks after the intervention.
