Inclusion Criteria
18 years to 25 years female only from Kasturba Hospital manipal MAHE.
Exclusion Criteria
Below 18 and above 25 years females diagnosed with PCOD in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department Kasturba Hospital MAHE.
Patients that are immune compromised, suffering from terminal illness like HIV, cancer and those who are under medical treatment.
People who are under any kind of dietary restrictions.
Pregnant woman.
Lactating woman
