Inclusion Criteria

? Over the age of 18 healthy adult.
? Feeling of irritation, pain, itching, if appealing vision and symptoms such as glare.
? Hyperaemia conjunctivae, cornea erosion (nei with scale), meibomian gland and irregularities on the eye surface If you don't seem organic or more of the opinion.
? Schirmer's test award if more than 500 mm has drawbacks.
? If (tear break up time) 10 seconds or less destruction nunmulmak.
? Contact lens wearers must stop wearing them for the past month to select them.

Exclusion Criteria

? If the patient is unable to test due to mental retardation or other reasons,
? A patient who is judged by the medical staff to be unable to participate in the study due to other ophthalmic diseases.
? If you do not want to or cannot observe the progress of visiting a research institute as part of treatment.
? Patients who do not want to participate in the study.
? In the case of diseases that can confuse the risk or outcome of surgery, such as immunosuppression and connective tissue disease,
? A woman of childbearing age.
? Other than eye trauma, infection, and dry eye surface inflammatory diseases, and those with a history of eye surgery within the last 6 months are excluded.
? If you have a history of using ophthalmic cyclosporin, steroid preparations, and other dryness treatment drugs within the last 1 month,
? Those who take antihypertensive drugs such as antihistamine and beta blockers, diuretics, antidepressants (especially tricyclic antidepressants, Parkinson's treatment drugs, etc.) that can worsen dry eye cannot participate in this study.
? Excluding subjects with diseases that can worsen dry eye by increasing inflammation of the surface of the eye, such as Sjogren syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and erythema lupus.
