Inclusion Criteria
Patient has to meet the following inclusion criteria: 1) underwent CABG for the first time ; 2). have a New York Health Association functional classification of Iâ€III; 3). Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) score >23; 4). Patients can communicate and understand Thai language; 5). Patients can communicate via a smartphone.

Disability or limitation in walking
