- •DKD with eGFR > 15 ml/min
- •Optimal dose of ACEI or ARB ≥ 3 months
- •Stable BP control ( ΔSBP ≤ 10% )
- •Stable renal function ( ΔeGFR ≤ 10% )
- •Stable glycemic control ( ΔHbA1C ≤ 15% x 2 in past 3 months )
排除标准
- •Poorly controlled HT ( BP ≥ 150/95 mmHg )
- •Poorly controlled DM ( HbA1C > 8.5 % )
- •Hyperkalemia > 5 mg/dl
- •Hyperphosphatemia > 6 mg/dl
- •Hypercalcemia > 10 mg/dl
- •Taking vitamin D or its analog
