Inclusion Criteria
Age > 18
DKD with eGFR > 15 ml/min
Optimal dose of ACEI or ARB ≥ 3 months
Stable BP control ( ΔSBP ≤ 10% )
Stable renal function ( ΔeGFR ≤ 10% )
Stable glycemic control ( ΔHbA1C ≤ 15% x 2 in past 3 months )
Exclusion Criteria
Poorly controlled HT ( BP ≥ 150/95 mmHg )
Poorly controlled DM ( HbA1C > 8.5 % )
Hyperkalemia > 5 mg/dl
Hyperphosphatemia > 6 mg/dl
Hypercalcemia > 10 mg/dl
Taking vitamin D or its analog
