入选标准
- •age between 18-85 years
- •- diagnosis of idiopathic dystonia at time of surgery
- •- bilateral GPI-DBS
- •- poor response to GPI-DBS (less than 30 % improvement on the BFMDRS-M compared to preoperative state)
- •- stable clinical status after GPi-DBS for a minimum of 3 months
- •- written informed consent given by patient
- •- no other severe neurological or other clinical problem
排除标准
- •- other severe neurological disease (dementia, epilepsy)
- •- persons who are not legally competent, minors and indivduals who have been under custody due to a court ruling or by decision of public authorities
