Study Overview
Brief Summary
This study is a prospective interventional clinical study to evaluate the role of individualized homoeopathic treatment using the Homoeopathic Medical Repertory in the management of allergic rhinitis in individuals aged 20 to 50 years. The study will be conducted at Parul Institute of Homoeopathy and Research Hospital, Vadodara, with a total sample size of 30 patients and a study duration of 4 months. Each patient will receive individualized homoeopathic treatment based on detailed case taking and systematic repertorization using the Homoeopathic Medical Repertory. The primary outcome of the study will be to know the use of Homoeopathic Medical Repertory and secondary outcome will be the assessment of improvement in the severity of allergic rhinitis symptoms before and after treatment through rhinoconjuctivitis quality of life questionnaire.The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic treatment and the usefulness of the Homoeopathic Medical Repertory as a clinical tool in the management of allergic rhinitis during the study period.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Pre diagnosed cases of allergic rhinitis with raised serum IgE level.
- •Patients of all socio economic status.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Patients with gross pathological changes.
- •Patients who are currently taking immunosuppressive therapy.
