- •Undergoing elective knee arthroscopy or an elective total hip arthroplasty (posterolateral approach)
- •between 18 and 70 years
- •signed informed consent
排除标准
- •pre-existing immune deficiency
- •use of immunosuppressant drugs
- •previous orthopedic surgery in the last two years
- •surgery in the last year
- •cognitive impairment
- •vaccination in the last month before surgery
