1. The age ranges from 55 to 80 years old, regardless of gender.
2, diagnosed as osteoarthritis, hospitalization elective unilateral knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia, no surgical contraindications, agreed to participate in this trial.
3. The American Association of Anesthesiologists ((ASA)) is classified as I or II.
1. Acupuncture has been performed within one month before the operation.
2. Have a history of serious heart, mental and digestive tract diseases.
3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction.
4. Serious adverse events occurred during the operation and affected the postoperative acupuncture treatment.
