Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. The age ranges from 55 to 80 years old, regardless of gender.
  • 2, diagnosed as osteoarthritis, hospitalization elective unilateral knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia, no surgical contraindications, agreed to participate in this trial.
  • 3\. The American Association of Anesthesiologists ((ASA)) is classified as I or II.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Acupuncture has been performed within one month before the operation.
  • 2\. Have a history of serious heart, mental and digestive tract diseases.
  • 3\. Patients with coagulation dysfunction.
  • 4\. Serious adverse events occurred during the operation and affected the postoperative acupuncture treatment.
