spinal tumor/ infection/ inflammatory condition/ surgery/ fracture/ structural deformities; any co-existing systemic or metabolic or neurological or vascular condition; subjects with signs of nerve root compromise, defined as decreased tendon reflexes, sensori-motor deficit; subjects with bladder-bowel involvement; and subjects in whom spinal extension is otherwise contraindicated.
