Inclusion Criteria

(1) adipose patients before bariatric surgery (BMI >40kg/m2)
- (2) patients after bariatric surgery (BMI< 40kg/m2; post-bariatric)
- (3) patients after body contouring surgery (post body contouring)
- (4) patients at least 5a after body contouring surgery

Exclusion Criteria

<18 years and >67 years and not belonging to the inclusion criteria groups
