Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status of 1 or 2 who will be scheduled for elective gynecological surgery via a Pfannenstiel incision under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Cognitive dysfunction
- •Obesity (body mass index 35 kg/m2\)
- •Renal dysfunction (estimated glomerular filtration rate \< 50\)
- •Coagulopathy, a drug allergy to NSAIDs, paracetamol or the local anaesthetic,
- •Gastric ulcer,
- •Regular opioid or steroid use.
