Inclusion Criteria
Patients with irregular cornea having either uncomfortable and/or unsatisfactory visual acuity with their current spectacles or contact lenses
Exclusion Criteria
1.Active ocular inflammation
2.Retinal disorders
3.Glaucoma
4.Cataract
5.Eyes with prior surgery
5.Systemic diseases including diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis
7.Patients age <18 years and >50 years
8.Unwilling patient
