Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Newborns who need more supportive interventions than drying and tactile stimulation during the first 30 minutes of life
•\- born in a participating hospital within the survey period

Exclusion Criteria

•\- neonates receiving only suction or peripheral venous access without any other supportive intervention
•\- neonates requiring supportive interventions only after the first 30 minutes of life
