Inclusion Criteria
- •Newborns who need more supportive interventions than drying and tactile stimulation during the first 30 minutes of life
- •\- born in a participating hospital within the survey period
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- neonates receiving only suction or peripheral venous access without any other supportive intervention
- •\- neonates requiring supportive interventions only after the first 30 minutes of life
