•1 Diagnosed patient of coronary artery disease by any of the following investigations
•2 ECG (ST elevation/depression, T-wave inversion)
•3 Transthoracic echocardiography(Regional wall motion abnormalities â?? wall motion score index 1.1-1.9)
•4 Treadmill exercise test(TMT)
•5 Stable Patients of CAD after 15 days of its onset
•6 Stable Patients of CAD after one month of coronary bypass surgery, or coronary stenting.

•1 Patients of coronary bypass surgery, or coronary stenting of the period < 1 months
•2 Patients of Arrhythmia
•3 Patients of severe heart failure
•4 Patients with any type of serious infection.
•5 Patients with Renal failure or CKD
•6 Patients with Portal hypertension
•7 Critically ill patient
•8 Patient with Type I Diabetes mellitus or uncontrolled Type II Diabetes mellitus.
•9 Patients with severe musculoskeletal disorders
•10 Patients with COPD
