- •1.Postoperative moderate to severe head injury patients
- •2.Type of injury- Subdural hemorrhage, contusion, depressed fracture
- •3.Isolated head injury
排除标准
- •1.Polytrauma/Extracranial injury
- •2.Extradural Hemorrhage
- •3.Evidence of meningitis or intracranial infection
- •4.Multiorgan dysfunction
- •5.Inadequate transtemporal window for TCD
- •6.No consent from the patientâ??s care-giver
- •7.Patients in shock
