Inclusion Criteria

All the patients of Asthma coming to the Department of Respiratory Medicine in GMERS Medical College and Hospital, Gotri will be enrolled after taking written informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1) URTI within last 7 days

2) Hospitalization with exacerbation within last 1 month

3) Unstable cardiovascular status (arrhythmias, angina, uncontrolled hypertension, etc.)

4) Hypoxia (SaO2 less than 90% on room air)

5) Other respiratory problems

6) Uncontrolled Diabetics

7) Other significant systemic disease

8) Those on following drugs : Anticoagulant, chemotherapy

9) Pregnant or Lactating mothers
