- •Random Serum cortisol level <5 mcg/dL
- •-Patients with serum cortisol level <18mcg/dL sampled 30-60 min after stimulation with 250 mcg co-syntropin
排除标准
- •-Patients not consenting for the study are excluded
- •- Patients who are on steroid therapy currently and upto 1 month before the presentation
- •-People who are on drugs that suppress adrenocortical function
