Inclusion Criteria
All the patients who intended to damage themselves or others
Altered mental status score (AMSS) +2 or +3
Required physical restraint and parenteral sedation
Exclusion Criteria
serious physical illness
History of heart disease
pregnancy
drug dependence
treatment with a benzodiazepine or neuroleptic within the previous 24 hours
Ketamine and Haloperidol contraindications
