Inclusion Criteria
Presence of stiff claw hand deformity associated with leprosy
Informed written consent
Exclusion Criteria
Presence of any upper limb nerve palsy
Complicated claw
Any history of upper limb nerve or tendon injury
Any chronic debilitating condition such as cancer, liver, heart or kidney disease
