Inclusion Criteria
Established dilated cardiomyopathy: Symptoms, LVEF <45% with LV end-diastolic volume >90ml/m2 on echocardiography
Presence of left ventricular hypertrophy ( >18mm)
Suspected/known cases of infiltrative cardiac disorders
Patients with history of myocardial infarction
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with cardiac tumours
Contraindications to CMR: Implantable devices, metallic cardiac valves, renal disease with reduced GFR etc
Patients not on Holter monitoring/ ICDs
Cases where all necessary sequences are not acquired due to patient factors
