Inclusion Criteria

1. Parents of Children with ADHD who come to receive services at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinic, Department of Psychiatry, Siriraj Hospital
2. Understand and communicate in Thai language

Exclusion Criteria

Used to participate in mindfulness training programs And other parent training programs for a period of 1 year before joining this study
