- •2 Weight 40\-100 kg

- •1 Patient Refusal to block
- •2 ASA PS III \& IV
- •3 Coagulopathy
- •4 Local infection at the site of block
- •5 Local Anaesthetic allergy
- •6 Significant cardiac, renal, hepatic,
- •neurological, respiratory disease
