Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Single pregnant woman with certain gestational age between 34\-36\+6 week.
- •2\. Preterm labor.
- •3\. No intrauterine growth restriction.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Previously recieve glucocorticoid
- •2\. Cervical dilatation morethan 8 cm.
- •3\. Fetal abnormality and congenital anormally.
- •4\. Labor after GA 37 wk.
- •5\. Pregnant woman with uncontrolled infection.
- •6\. deny to join in the study.
