Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Single pregnant woman with certain gestational age between 34\-36\+6 week.
  • •2\. Preterm labor.
  • •3\. No intrauterine growth restriction.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Previously recieve glucocorticoid
  • •2\. Cervical dilatation morethan 8 cm.
  • •3\. Fetal abnormality and congenital anormally.
  • •4\. Labor after GA 37 wk.
  • •5\. Pregnant woman with uncontrolled infection.
  • •6\. deny to join in the study.
