Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient willing to give written informed consent
- •2\.age 18 years to 45years of both sex.
- •3\.ASA grade 1 and 2
- •4\.Weight 40\-80kg
- •5\.Planned for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History of allergy to clonidine
- •2\.Anticipated difficult intubation
- •3\.History of consumption of antihypertensive drugs, sedative, hypnotics and antidepressants preoperatively.
- •4\.History of cardiovascular disease,significant respiratory,renal and hepatic disorder.
- •5\.History of drugs or alcohol abuse.
- •Pregnant women.
