Patients over 19 with a body mass index of 30 and above who are scheduled to undergo tracheal intubation and general anesthesia
a) Preoperative medications include antidepressants, anti-epidemic, narcotic painkillers, and antiemetic medications
b) Patients with ASA-PS 4 or higher
c) c) benzodiazepines flumazenil hypersensitivity
d) a patient's refusal
e) If the average arterial pressure is more than 110mmHg and the heart rate is more than 120 times per minute by taking the average blood pressure and heart rate measured in the ward as baseline values
f) a patient unable to measure blood pressure in the upper extremity
g) Patients with the same arm with a blood pressure gauge and intravenous route due to surgery or underlying disease
h) Measures to protect vulnerable persons: Vulnerable subjects (minors, pregnant women, inmates, elderly, hospital staff or medical school, nursing students, pharmaceutical company employees, terminally ill patients, mentally retarded persons and persons with disabilities who cannot express their intentions) are not included in the study.
